All 3 lectures were part of a larger series titled "The Truth About American History: An Austro-Jeffersonian Perspective". They were given at the Mises Institute, and are an hour or so long. Lecture #1 is titled "Thomas Jefferson and the Principles of '98", Lecture #2 is titled "States' Rights in Theory and Practice", and Lecture #3 is titled "The States' Rights Tradition Nobody Knows". The pdf link below is attached to a portion of Mr. Woods recent book NULLIFICATION, and I am fairly certain he would not approve of me giving it away, so please use sparingly and BUY THE WHOLE BOOK. This is basic history and principles that are essential to carrying out the primary job of all state legislators in all states...that being, to protect the people of their state from the encroachments of the Federal Beast State upon the reserved rights (those powers not given to the Fed by the Constitution, which is near everything) of the people and their sovereign state. If you do not UNDERSTAND and IMPLEMENT these pronciples, you are NOT FULFILLING THE MOST IMPORTANT ELEMENT OF YOUR JOB. You would not be a state legislator, you would be a servant of The Beast State.
